PO was created for requisition costed to closed WO
Symptoms:
A purchase order was created from a purchase requisition that was costed to a work order that was closed to accounting.
Solution:
When checking a work order to see if it can be closed to accounting we currently check for open purchase orders. This check has been expanded to look for open purchase requisitions (below the status of In Ordering).
