Equipment Work History Report - typo and un-English error message
Symptoms:
There are 2 colons after 'Format for' and the error message that appears if you click Create without entering a title is un-English - 'Error on rtitle - error = Cannot be blank'.
Solution:
Removed the extra colon and formatted the error message. Also put focus on the blank field after the error message.
