LSG1007 Upgrade - WO - List of possible persons for wo reopen is blank
Symptoms:
On the new option screens to allow other people to reopen work orders, for the ‘Re-open Rules’ there is no one currently in the list and I don’t see how to get them there.
Solution:
Patch 50.505.001, Request 2760 changed the rules for who was allowed to reopen a work order. This request allows the creation of a list of persons who can re-open and this list is maintained in the Work Order application with an option under the Edit menu. In some cases, the list will not be populated. This patch fixes that problem.
