Can't add two successive assets with a USER format.
Symptoms:
If you have a format setup as ‘USER’ for asset the application will load the ‘New’ asset form with a blank asset number waiting for you to assign a number. When you create a second asset it loads the asset number of the last asset entered as the asset number. This is invalid since the asset already exists and given that the only format entry that exists is a USER format it should always be blank.
Solution:
The Asset edits no longer raise an error if no User format exits for Assets.
