Symptoms:
Sometimes when changing the PR type a message is displayed saying the Buyer Sourced and Value Based workflows are different when they are not.
Solution:
The way SQL Server stores floating point numbers caused the code to mistakenly think that two workflows were different. The code was changed to handle the situation by looking at the difference between the two numbers.
