Symptoms:
In PO, for a Vale Based type of PO, the payment approver combo box is blank and mandatory. The PO cannot be saved. Also in Vouchers for a Value Based service line, trying to change the quantity gives a type mismatch.
Solution:
In PO if voucher routing is not used, make the payment approver not mandatory. In VO for Value Based lines do not include the quantity in calculations because it is blank which causes the type mismatch errors.
